A most interesting late-breaking twist to our event Friday night – Ben Cohen (of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream fame) is slated to attend and serve complimentary ice cream as well! 

Full disclaimer:  Ben is co-chair of the Bernie 2020 campaign and, as always, his attendance at this event does NOT constitute an endorsement of Bernie on the part of the Weare Democratic Committee (we are actually expecting representatives from multiple presidential candidates to attend).  But we’re delighted to have him and everyone else who will be in attendance.
